Fitomix-40: Alekseeva’s Dry Extract – Official Website

Phytomix-40 — a non-toxic geroprotector and phytoadaptogen for the prevention and treatment of tumors, enhancing the body’s antitumor resistance, and improving life expectancy and quality of life.

«The development of non-toxic drugs—geroprotectors—for the prevention and treatment of neoplasms and age-related pathologies, as well as increasing human life expectancy and quality—is a priority of modern times.» Currently, in addition to the world standards of cancer treatment (surgical, radiation, drug), immunobiological approaches are being actively introduced, which are the basis of tumor immunotherapy. The use of phytoadaptogens in immunotherapy for cancer patients enhances cellular immunity, interferon production, and a decrease in immunosuppressor cytokines, activating defense systems and strengthening the body’s antitumor resistance.»
Phytotherapy is an integral component of immunotherapy. Phytomix-40 is a balanced herbal preparation that has a modulating effect on the immune system. Due to its high antioxidant activity, enhanced adhesive properties (increasing the ability of lymphocyte effectors to bind and «stick» to tumor cells), and induction and maintenance of interferon production in patients, Phytomix-40 can be used for any type of tumor. It has been shown to be successfully combined with traditional treatments (radiotherapy and chemotherapy) when used in patients with various tumor types. It also has a beneficial effect on immune function, as well as on the length and quality of life of patients, and reduces the toxic effects of chemo- and radiotherapy [V.I. Novikov, A.A. Vlasov, «Cancer Will Be Defeated,» Advances and Problems of Modern Immuno-Oncology, LAP, 2017, P115].
At the same time, rehabilitation of cancer patients after the multifactorial stress associated with specific treatment is necessary to reduce the clinical manifestations of the disease and promote social adaptation while maintaining a high quality of life. Surgery, chemo-, and radiotherapy, as well as the cancer diagnosis itself, are significant stressors that can lead to cardiovascular, immune, antioxidant, hormonal, neuronal, and other disorders, reducing the quality and duration of life, as well as the social functioning of cancer patients. The use of anti-stress, immunomodulatory, hormone-modulating, antimutagenic, antioxidant, neuroprotective, and radioprotective effects of phenolic compounds (flavonoids, triterpene glycosides, and tannins, which are part of Phytomix-40) can promote motivation, a positive mood, and vitality, as well as prevent relapses and metastases, increasing the length and quality of life of cancer patients and facilitating their social adaptation. Thus, Phytomix-40 can be an important component of rehabilitation programs in oncology.

Phytomix-40 is a balanced preparation based on 40 medicinal plants, including Ginseng, Rhodiola rosea, Eleutherococcus, Schisandra, calendula, plantain, galangal, immortelle, pine and birch buds, bearberry, eucalyptus, juniper, licorice, chamomile, viburnum, hawthorn, blueberry, cranberry, black currant, and others.
The composition of the preparation was developed with taking into account centuries of traditional medicine experience and the principle of rationally combining plants with complementary actions, synergizing their properties. All ingredients of the herbal preparation are included in the State Pharmacopoeia XI of Russia.

The balm’s biologically active substances (flavonoids, hydroquinone, arbutin, glycyrrhizic acid, panaxosides, and tannins) have a general tonic, antioxidant, diuretic, and immunomodulatory effect. Individual components of the phytoextract have been studied chemically and pharmaceutically and are used in various medicinal infusions. Birch buds, bearberry, viburnum, bilberry, hawthorn, juniper, knotweed are used as remedies with a general tonic and mild diuretic effect. Adaptogens (ginseng, rhodiola, schisandra, eleutherococcus, aralia) have immunomodulatory and a mild tonic effects. They increase endurance and performance under physical and mental stress of varying intensity and duration, while reducing the immunosuppressive effects of stress on the body, promoting a more rapid and favorable recovery period. Valerian, motherwort, and hawthorn have a calming effect. Viburnum, calendula, and immortelle have a choleretic effect. Motherwort, valeriana, rose hips, bearberry, and viburnum are used for cardiovascular diseases. Pine buds, eucalyptus, licorice, and plantain are used for respiratory diseases. Chamomile, blueberry, viburnum, calendula, oregano, juniper, currant, and immortelle are used for gastrointestinal diseases.
Experiments on mice and rats revealed the absence of Phytomix-40 toxicity, and demonstrated its antimetastatic, immunomodulatory, antioxidant, and radioprotective properties. Antiparkinsonian activity was demonstrated in mice, manifested by a reduction in the development of parkinsonian symptoms (oligokinesia and rigidity) and a reduction in dopamine and its metabolite deficiency in the striatum of the brain in parkinsonism.
Clinical trials of Phytomix-40 were conducted in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia, oral leukoplakia (a precancerous condition), advanced gastric cancer, and Parkinson’s disease.
Treatment with the herbal preparation increased cellular immunity, increased interferon production, reduced serum cortisol and malondialdehyde levels, and normalized the activity of antioxidant enzymes (catalase and glutathione-S-transferase).
In elderly men with benign prostatic hyperplasia, Phytomix-40 has been shown to reduce prostate volume, decrease nighttime urination frequency, and increase daytime urination intervals, improve sexual function, and enhance quality of life. Increased testosterone, decreased estradiol, and serum prostate-specific antigen levels were also observed. A reduction in the frequency of chromosomal mutations was also observed.

In patients with oral leukoplakia, Phytomix-40 reduced the size and density of hyperkeratotic lesions in 57% of cases, and clinical recovery was observed in 17%.
In patients with advanced gastric cancer who underwent surgery with or without subsequent chemotherapy, Phytomix-40 treatment demonstrated improvements in their general condition, gastrointestinal function, and cardiovascular function. A reduction in CEA and CA-19.9 tumor markers was observed, and patients’ survival was increased by nearly threefold compared to those who did not take the drug.
In patients with Parkinson’s disease, the use of Phytomix-40 increased the effectiveness of combination therapy, helping to reduce the severity of the disease (reduced impairment in daily and motor activity) and significantly improve the patients’ quality of life.

Studies have demonstrated the efficacy and safety of Phytomix. The advantages of this herbal remedy include good tolerability and non-toxicity, a broad spectrum of pharmacological activity, and no side effects or addiction.

The identified clinical effects, as well as its immunomodulatory, antimutagenic, antioxidant, neuroprotective, radioprotective, and antistress properties, allow Phytomix-40 to be used in man-made disasters (including by residents of ecologically unfavorable areas), by individuals with a hereditary predisposition to cancer, and in industries with hazardous working conditions (such as the Ministry of Atomic Energy, the Ministry of Defense, chemical and metallurgical industries, etc.). Furthermore, PhM-40 holds promise for the prevention of infectious and general morbidity associated with immunodeficiency.
PHYTOMIX-40 prolongs years of healthy, disease-free life and helps prevent premature aging. It enhances survival in environmental disasters.
